Our printable Exploring Emotions Cards have been designed to help children and teens become more aware of 32 common emotions, the ways their bodies and brains respond to each emotion and suggested coping strategies specific to each emotion.
These 32 emotions cards represent a wide range of common challenging emotions including anger, jealousy, loneliness, embarrassment, rejection and fear, as well as cards representing positive emotions such as happiness, bravery and pride.

Each card includes prompts to teach children about common body reactions to the emotion AND suggested coping strategies specific to that emotion.
The cards are color coded, with groups of four related cards each sharing a color, as a tool for helping children get specific about which emotion they are experiencing at any given moment.
